In 2008, Mr. Selfish and I went to Seattle. I had heard many wonderful things about Seattle, so we wanted to check it out. Unfortunately, we went during the month of March. Despite the fact that Mr. Selfish told me that it never snows in Seattle, it was very cold and indeed snowing.
The snow didn’t stop us from enjoying Seattle though. We went to the Space Needle to enjoy the views. There was of course a coffee shop at the top.
We also loved walking around Pike’s Market. We went to the first Starbucks store, which is right next to Pike’s Market, to enjoy some coffee.
Finally, we took a ferry to a small suburb and just walked around. It was a nice, crisp day, and we enjoyed the fresh air.
Once we moved to the west coast, we’ll definitely visit Seattle again. However, next time, we’ll go during the summer.
